10th Annual Oasis Fall Festival

WHAT - ^10th Annual Community Fall Festival
WHEN - Saturday, October 15, 2011 from 1-5pm
WHERE - The Green House
WHY - The purpose of this celebration is to bring people together by providing a very laid-back and FUN setting for neighborhood residents and Hope folks to hang out and get to know each other.  Come experience God’s hand at work!

In addition to needing YOU to simply come on Saturday, we are looking for:

Volunteers:  Set-up Crew, Sell Food Tickets/Man volunteer stations (such as Sign-In/Name Tag  Tables, Food Cookers/Servers, Game Venues or Face Painters), Tear Down Crew and Clean-up Crew.  For more information about being a volunteer, email Terrice or call 901/527-0074.

Prize Drop-off Location:  You may bring your donations to Hope Church.  Barrels will be set up at the Main Information Booth and the Urban Tables.

Monetary Donations:   We've made it easy to donate online through our secure giving.

Oasis of Hope is a 501c3 Charitable Non Profit Organization.  Tax Receipts will be provided upon request.
