Oasis Fall Festival

WHAT - 8^th Annual Community Fall Festival
WHEN - Sunday, October 18, 2009 from 1-5pm
WHERE - The Green House
WHY - The purpose of this celebration is to bring people together by providing a very laid-back and FUN setting for neighborhood residents and Hope folks to hang out and get to know each other.  Come experience God’s hand at work!

In addition to needing YOU to simply come on Saturday, we are looking for:

Volunteers:  Set-up Crew, Sell Food Tickets/Man volunteer stations (such as Sign-In/Name Tag  Tables, Food Cookers/Servers, Game Venues or Face Painters), Tear Down Crew and Clean-up Crew.  For more information or to volunteer, email Terrice or call 901/527-0074.

Prize Donation Ideas:  NEW items only please.  We are asking local manufacturers, distributors, corporations, small businesses & individuals to consider contributing VARIOUS KINDS of give-a-way stuff.  Promotional merchandise, product samples, gadgets, games, household products, etc. would be great. We will gladly accept bulk quantities, whenever possible!  We also need lots of wrapped candy and gum for children's games.

Grand Prizes for Raffle:  Barbeque Grill (Charcoal or Gas), Computers, TV (Bigger the better), DVD Players, Vacuum Cleaners

Adult Bingo Prizes:  Tool Sets/Tool Boxes, Portable Compact Stereo, Wall Hangings/Pictures, Quilts/Blankets/Sheets, Small Household Appliances, Brooms/Mops, Laundry Detergent, Light Bulbs/Trash Bags, Household Cleaning Products, Bath Towels, Quilts/Blankets/Sheets, Outdoor Lawn Chairs

Kids' Bingo Prizes:  Dolls, Jewelry, Domino Sets, Bibles/Books, Stuffed Animals, Lawn Chairs, Sleeping Bags, Board Games, Backpacks, Disposable Cameras, Basketballs/Footballs/Baseballs

Kroger Gift Cards:  Purchase $25 gift cards to be given away as prizes.

Prize Drop-off Location:  You may bring your donations to Hope Church.  Barrels will be set up at the Main Information Booth and the Urban Tables.

Monetary Donations:   We've made it easy to donate online through our secure giving.

Oasis of Hope is a 501©3 Charitable Non Profit Organization.  Tax Receipts will be provided upon request.
