Today's economy is making it hard to find enough money to
donate to organizations like Oasis Of Hope, even when you believe in
their mission. But would you be interested if we told you there's a way that you can donate without giving a penny? There is! Two local grocery stores, Kroger and Schnucks, are
partnering with us so that when you buy your groceries or gas at either
of their chains and use Kroger's preloaded gift card or Schnucks' customer card,
they will donate a percentage of your expenditures to us at no
additional cost to you! So, let's say you spend $100 in groceries at

Sponsor an inner city kid for $150 to attend summer Bible Camp
Volunteer your time or sponsor an inner city teenager to give them the opportunity to get out of the city and away from the noise of their everyday lives that distract them from God!! For most kids, this camp will be the first time they've gone beyond the city limits and will get to experience such a getaway! Every kid deserves the chance to attend Bible camp; please sponsor someone today or pitch in and give us a hand and provide this potentially life-changing event for them! Sponsor an inner city kid for $50 to attend ManRise Football Camp
Oasis of Hope hosts the Manassas High School football team to come to a three-day camp based out of Hope Presbyterian Church. Our volunteers then have the incredible chance to not only improve the boys' physical game play, but more importantly their spiritual game. Bible studies, prayer and one-on-one attention are interspersed into their athletic training. It's an awesome platform that allows our volunteers to provide positive role models, Biblical instruction, teamwork, and the guy-time they've been missing in their lives. Donate school supplies, snacks, school uniforms
We are always in need of various school supplies, books and healthy snacks (such as individual juice pouches, raisins, nuts, granola bars, peanut butter crackers, graham crackers, applesauce, fruitcups, etc) for our elementary-aged children. Uniforms can be donated at any time (Elementary guidelines - white or red collared shirts & khaki, black or navy pants/bottoms; Middle & High School - large or extra large white, collared shirts & khaki, black or navy pants/bottoms) or of course monetary gifts for this purpose are appreciated as well! As a new school year begins, we will once again be recruiting volunteers to assist us with the following: 1) Adopt-A-Class Caldwell Elementary/4 times a year, 2) Tutoring at Caldwell Elementary/W-Th noon hour, 3) Tutoring at Humes Middle/W-TH time is flexible, 4) Read 2 Succeed (one-on-one reading with elementary students)/M, T or W 4-530pm. Donate Prizes for the Oasis Fall Festival
We are asking local manufacturers, distributors, corporations, small businesses & individuals to consider contributing various kinds of give-a-way stuff. Promotional merchandise, product samples, gadgets, games, household products, electronics, etc. would be great. We will gladly accept bulk quantities, whenever possible! Donate either toys or funds for us to purchase toys to stock our inner city Toy Store. The store provides new toys at a severely discounted rate to allow inner city parents to purchase their children's gifts with dignity. To donate money, click 'Donate Now' above.
