Supplies quickly run out as the year progresses and uniforms get
outgrown and worn out. If you have a heart for children and education,
our kids have a real need for your support! We are always in need of various school
supplies, books and healthy snacks (such as individual juice pouches, raisins,
nuts, granola bars, peanut butter crackers, graham crackers, applesauce,
fruitcups, etc) for our elementary-aged children. Uniforms can be donated at any time (Elementary
guidelines - white or red collared shirts & khaki, black or navy
pants/bottoms; Middle & High School - large or extra large white, collared
shirts & khaki, black or navy pants/bottoms) or of course monetary gifts
for this purpose are appreciated as well! Contact Brenda.

We are excited to announce this new endeavor thanks to the many used appliance donations we receive each year from Hope Church members! We now have an official storefront at the corner of Chelsea & Thomas in North Memphis where we sell a variety of refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, etc. at very reduced and affordable prices! However, we are off to such a
great start that we are already to a point where we need to expand
and are looking for 3 to 4 part-time Volunteer Store Managers to help keep us
on track. If you are retired and have retail experience, we could especially use your help! This is a great opportunity to get involved in inner city
ministry and would mean about 5 to 10 hours per week. If you're

$50 to attend this free camp or join us as we need people to work in
the
kitchen, practice assistants, small group leaders, mentors and general

>> Baseball Coaches | Summer; couple times per week (evenings or
Saturdays)
Oasis of Hope provides volunteer coaches for the summer
youth baseball program for boys between the ages of 6 & 14, and an intramural league at the Bickford Community Center for boys ages 8-12. Being a part of a team not only teaches the skills of the game, but
also demonstrates teamwork, commitment, good sportsmanship and allows
us the opportunity to make a positive difference in a young person's
